Movember has started!
As you'll know from my last blog, at the start of November I agreed to participate in Movember, the charity which raises vital funds for and awareness of men's health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer. It involves growing a moustache for the whole of the month of November. For someone like me it was initially quite daunting as I have never grown a moustache, and struggle to grow facial hair of any sort, let alone a moustache!!!...

Stoptober success
Here are some extracts from Dan's latest blog on the Opus Energy Challenge website:
WoooooHooooo!!! What a successful Stoptober! Did you hit your targets? I did.....I can now confirm that I have successfully gone 28 days without chocolate and late night snacks which has allowed me to shed my target 3kgs. I also have to admit that the credit must go to my girlfriend Stephanie...
I am now back at my ideal training weight and it's a good job as well as I have only just been informed that I will be representing Team GB at...
