The current crop of GB gymnasts has just returned from Rotterdam and, after finishing 5th in the final medal table, can lay claim to being the most successful team ever.
Never before has British gymnastics had such huge success at a major championships and our sport really is in good shape going into an Olympic year.

Commonwealth Games success for British gymnasts in Delhi
Dan gives his thoughts on British performances at the Commonwealth Games and the upcoming World Championships in Rotterdam.
He's spent his first week back at Lilleshall with the medical team putting him through intensive testing.
Dan has also gives his congratulations to Luke Folwell as he has just become the most successful Commonwealth Games gymnast ever!

Opus Energy catches up with Daniel's busy past few weeks...
Wow what an exciting couple of weeks its been for Dan, it's been all go! Training is going well, seeing the National team depart for Dehli, moving house and attending the British Olympic Ball in London!!
He has also been meeting 200 youngsters who have been chosen to be ambassadors for the London 2012 Olympics and has had the opportunity to share his experiences from the Beijing Olympics: emphasising what an important role the ambassadors will have in making London 2012 a huge success.

Daniel reveals the team selection for the World Championships
The GB team for the World Championships has been announced and Dan gives his thoughts on the selections in his Opus Energy blog.

Daniel is excited to be back training with his GB team mates

Dan's back on the apparatus
After twelve weeks of rehabilitation, Daniel is back at the gym full time and rapidly increasing his fitness. He has been training on the apparatus and is looking for the all clear from his surgeon to start running soon.
