Wow what an exciting couple of weeks its been for Dan, it's been all go! Training is going well, seeing the National team depart for Dehli, moving house and attending the British Olympic Ball in London!!
He has also been meeting 200 youngsters who have been chosen to be ambassadors for the London 2012 Olympics and has had the opportunity to share his experiences from the Beijing Olympics: emphasising what an important role the ambassadors will have in making London 2012 a huge success.

Daniel reveals the team selection for the World Championships

Daniel is excited to be back training with his GB team mates
Dan’s rehabilitation, back from injury, has been going from strength to strength; he is very excited to be back training with his GB team mates at Lilleshall.

Dan's back on the apparatus
After twelve weeks of rehabilitation, Daniel is back at the gym full time and rapidly increasing his fitness. He has been training on the apparatus and is looking for the all clear from his surgeon to start running soon.

Dan get's back to the gym - just 9 weeks into rehab
After 9 weeks, Daniel Keatings is back in the gym full time and well on the road to recovery. His rehabilitation is going well and after a week in Turkey he is back feeling refreshed and ready to get back to reality.
